Data transmitted through our n8n API orchestration pipelines and LLM inference endpoints (via Groq Enterprise LLaMA 3.3 and OpenAI Enterprise API) is processed under strict enterprise data-processing agreements. Your proprietary corporate data, financial figures, and employee records are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or index public foundation AI models.
As a data subject, you hold direct statutory rights under Sections 23 and 24 of POPIA:
Request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you, and receive a formal transcript of that record.
Require us to correct, update, or amend any inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete personal data.
Request permanent deletion or de-identification of records where retention is no longer authorized by law.
